Oh no! Think you lost your Douugh card? No big deal, we're here to help! You’ll want to report it lost/stolen right away so we can prevent anyone that’s not you from using your card. Just follow the easy steps below.
- First, tap the 'More' icon located at the bottom right-hand side of your app screen.
- Then, tap 'Card Management'
- On the next screen, you’ll want to select 'Lost, Stolen or Damaged Card'
- You’ll need to tell us what happened. Is it lost? Did your dog chew your card up? Or did someone steal it? Gasp! No problem, we’ll help you out either way.
- After you select 'Report Lost or Stolen' you’ll be prompted to choose between 'Report as Lost' or 'Report as Stolen'. It’s important to let us know what happened - so we can take the right plan of action.
- Now, all we need is for you to confirm that the address we have on file is correct and up to date. Once you confirm, we will ship out your card replacement.
Did you move? Don’t sweat it - tap the blue letters that say 'change your address' and you’ll be able to tell us where to send your new card.
